Hall of Fame Banquet – May 24, 2010

The Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table closed out the year with another packed-house affair at Fess Parker’s Doubletree for the 43rd annual Hall of Fame Banquet on Monday night.

The inductees as well as Coaches and Athletes of the Year were honored, with highlights including a video acceptance speech from Dodger Stadium by Hall-of-Famer Ryan Spilborghs, who plays for the Colorado Rockies. Another great moment was when Ryan Brown, son of the late Kevin Brown, accepted for his father.

The event was emceed by Marc “Cubby” Jacobs and was the final SBART event before the weekly press luncheons begin again in the fall.
